Terms and Conditions of subscription to yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application(YM). This document is an electronic record as per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules relating to electronic records as applicable and amended thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 which require publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or use of YM.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions very carefully as your use of the Website and the related YM (as defined below) is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms and conditions, including applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference and as amended from time to time ("Terms and Conditions").

 Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the website indicates that you agree to all the terms and conditions as stated in yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application, so please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. By implicitly or expressly accepting these terms and conditions of use of the website, you also acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, regardless of whether you subscribe or use YM. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions, you must not use YM.
The minimum age for girl and boy to subscribe should be 18 years and 21 years respectively.
YM is created only for people belonging to Yadav caste Ahir community who may be residing in India or outside India
Disclaimer clause
YM Marriage Information System does not confirm or deny any claim or representation made by the candidates regarding the age, income, marital status and other details of the bride/groom. Our matrimonial portal is set up as a service to bring like-minded people of the Yadav community together in harmonious matrimony for lifelong happiness. The persons concerned are requested to verify and satisfy themselves about the correct and posted information.
Your membership is for personal use, it should not be assigned, transferred or licensed for use to any individual.
The information provided by members in respect of their profiles may also be provided by the candidates themselves or by their relatives/friends. YM does not verify or accept the claims and
representations made by members in respect of the age, marital status, income and other details of the bride/groom.
YM shall keep all personal information provided by members confidential, however, YM may disclose such information as required by law or to candidates who are listed in the matchlist.
 YM never arranges any meeting or acts as a mediator between two parties.
* Membership fee is not refundable/transferable on membership expiry/cancellation under any circumstances. If YM finds any information provided by the candidate suspicious, YM has the right to remove such information without any notice. If any candidate gives any false information about himself then YM will not be responsible for any such act. YM will not hold any person/member/third party responsible for any legal consequences of any information given by the candidate.
Any candidate may send his interest to any other candidate. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to accept or reject his request. YM is not responsible for the actions of any such candidate. The information provided by the candidate is uploaded on the website for global feedback, although YM has the facility of data backup, but YM will not be responsible if the database crashes due to any unforeseen reason. Since the candidate profile is uploaded on the website, any candidate, whether registered or non-registered, may view your profile or send his interest, which does not match your preferences, in this regard YM is not liable to bear any such responsibility. Duration of Package: Your registration is valid till the duration of the package selected by you. YM reserves the right to update/delete/add its service(s) without any prior notice. Your suggestions and queries are welcome.
Term
The term of the yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application service will depend on the term chosen by you after payment of the package or plan offered by us.
Mode of Payment
A. Payment made by Net Banking/PhonePe/Paytm/Google pay/UPI id/Debit/Credit Card will be as per the prevailing guidelines of RBI. Activation of the yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application service will be subject to receipt of the said payment. The service of your account will remain deactivated/suspended until you pay the amount of payment and applicable bank charges.
We may use third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit card or other payment instruments. In case of failure of such payment gateway the yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application member will be informed by the payment gateway provider. We will not be responsible for additional currency/conversion charges/deductions/error issues from the payment gateway.  In case of a failed online transaction resulting in no service, we do not provide any guarantee for the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching members' cards/bank accounts through the payment gateway.

However, yaduvanshimatrimony.com / Yaduvanshi Matrimony mobile application reserves the right, but has no obligation, to disclose such information when required by law (without prior notice to you). YM also reserves the right to monitor disputes between you and other members. YM also reserves the right to take appropriate action against erring members. However, YM is not obligated to share such action with other members, including complainants. YM expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between members.

A. You agree that if we receive feedback/complaints against your profile regarding the fact that you are seeking material/financial favours from our other registered members or have provided incorrect information on our website or have committed any unlawful/illicit activity using our website or have created a profile on our website by impersonating/fake/fake/false/misrepresenting without the consent of the person whose profile is being registered, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership, block/delete your profile and forfeit the entire amount paid as membership fees; if at any time YM, in its sole discretion, believes or has any reason to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. If the violation of these Terms and Conditions is of criminal nature, we also reserve the right to lodge an appropriate police complaint against you.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
B. Registration of YM Services is deemed to have been entered into in the territorial jurisdiction of Haryana, India.
C.YM Members unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences, if any, shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Haryana, India.
Refund of Fees
The subscription fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Your subscription to the YM Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your subscription and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
