Yaduvanshi Matrimony is committed to providing secure and satisfactory services to the users. Our refund policy is applicable based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Eligible Conditions: Incomplete Profile or Technical Problem: If there is a technical problem in uploading profile after payment of subscription or service fee or we fail to deliver the service to you due to technical problem, a refund can be requested.

Wrong Payment: Refund may be considered considering the status and time of payment made by mistake.

2. Refund Process

Submit Request: Email to info@yaduvanshimatrimony.com or contact the helpline number (+91-9166062006) for refund.

Required Information: Provide user ID, payment receipt, and problem details in the email with subject “Refund Request”.

 Verification: The team will verify the case within 3-5 working days. If the claim is valid, the refund process will be initiated.  3. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be refunded generally within 7 to 14 working days through the same payment method or other mode like UPI, Bank Account (DEEP AQUACULTURE CURRENT ACCOUNT).

4. Non-Refundable Conditions: Active Services Usage: Refund is not available if the user has availed premium subscription/services (such as profile verification, custom matching) or availed service for 24 hours or more.

Violation of Terms: Refund will be ineligible in case of fraud, inappropriate behavior, or guideline violations.
